Daniel studied Environmental Science from Makerere University in Uganda. He obtained certificates in environmental training, climate change and natural resource management, social accountability, and project planning and management. Daniel is currently working as a researcher on a project named Oil Governance and Environmental Sustainability in Uganda. Daniel previously worked with Total E&P Uganda as an Environment and Biodiversity Field Officer, WCS as a REDD+ Project Officer, Programs Coordinator with Voluntary Initiative Support Organization, and an Environmental trainee with WWF Uganda.
