Dr. Dozie Okoye is a visiting fellow at CSEA. He is an Associate Professor at Dalhousie University and is also a member of the Research on Improving Systems of Education (RISE) Nigeria Team. Dr. Dozie’s research interests include: Economic Growth and Development, History and Economic Development in Africa, Macroeconomics, Human Capital and Technology Adoption.
