Mr. Kisaame is a Research Fellow at ACODE. He is an Economist with over 6 years of experience in public expenditure reviews, Disaster Risk Reduction, gender policy review and economic empowerment. This experience has mostly been gained in developing country contexts including in post conflict settings. He has authored research in areas of Public Expenditure reviews, pro-poor budgeting, healthcare expenditure, Agricultural expenditure, disaster risk reduction, and poverty dynamics. He holds an M.A in Economic Policy and Planning and a B.A. in Economics from Makerere University. He has also acquired extensive training in social accountability. Keith previously worked as a Research Analyst with Development Initiatives, overseeing DI's work in Uganda.
