Graduated in Political Science and Government (Universidad Torcuato Di Tella) and specialist in Education (Universidad de San Andrés). He completed a Master of Public Policy and Administration at the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE). He held management positions in the General Directorate of Culture and Education of the Province of Buenos Aires, in the Conectar Igualdad (ANSES) program and in the Municipality of La Matanza.
