Mallik EV is a Research Engineer in the Regulatory and Policy team of the Power and Energy Sector at CSTEP. He completed his bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Visvesvaraya Technological University. Prior to joining CSTEP, he worked as an Engineer Trainee at the Operation and Management unit at BESCOM. His areas of interest include distribution system planning, regulatory issues and distribution reforms (AT&C loss reduction and commercial accountability).
