She is a lawyer from the Catholic University of Chile and holds a Master’s degree in Human Rights from the Universidad Carlos III in Madrid. She has worked at the Consejo para la Transparencia (transparency council), in the implementation of transparency Law, as a legal advisor for the Ministry Secretary General of the Presidency and as the Research and Advocacy Director for Fundación Ciudadano Inteligente.
