Montajima Tasnim joined BIGD as a Research Assistant in June 2016. Currently she is working under the Economic Growth and Development Cluster and involved with experimental research to evaluate BRAC’s Humanitarian Play Lab (HPL) model. Apart from experimental research, Tasnim also contributed in the institute’s annual flagship report “State of Cities 2018: Water Governance in Dhaka.” Tasnim completed her Masters in Economics from North South University, specialised in International Economics, and received her Bachelor of Social Science Degree in Economics from BRAC University. She received the Dean’s Award for her academic achievements. Her areas of research interest include governance, public policy, and development.
