Ms. Petronilla is a development worker and specialist in the areas of peace building, women economic empowerment and extractives. For over six years, she has been actively involved in promoting transparency, accountability and gender integration in Uganda’s Oil and Gas sector. She has strong knowledge in research gained through demonstrable experience in delivering both qualitative and quantitative research. Furthermore, she has proven track record of leading and supporting successful projects in designing, implementing, monitoring, evaluating and learning.
