Rishu Garg holds an MBA in Power Management from National Power Training Institute (NPTI), Haryana, and a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Punjab Technical University (PTU). At CSTEP, she works closely with distribution utilities for implementation of distribution reforms and enhancing their operational efficiency. She previously worked with GMR Group in the Energy-Strategic Planning Group (SPG) and Transmission (Regulatory) for 6 years. Her interests lie in the areas of strategy and planning, regulatory issues and distribution reforms (AT&C loss reduction and commercial accountability).
