Shweta is working as a District Budget Analyst for East Singhbhum district in Jharkhand. Prior to joining CBGA she has worked with various funding agencies like Sir Dorabji Tata Trusts, Functional Vocational Training and Research Society and Tata Steel Rural Development Society on areas such as Education and Skill Development. Her expertise lies in the Grant Management, Monitoring & Evaluation and Project Management. She has completed her Post Graduate Diploma in Rural Development from Xavier Institute of Social Science, Ranchi.
