Tracy Mamoun is Southern Voice’s Digital Communications Officer. Before joining Southern Voice, Tracy managed the communications of the Caribbean Policy Research Institute, a public policy think tank based in Jamaica, for three years. Her previous experience in communications spans a number of areas including arts, education and development. Tracy holds a BA in Arts Criticism, Communications and Curation from Saint Martins College (University of the Arts, London).
