Vijayta joined CBGA as a Policy Analyst from August 2019. Her research focuses on some of the key issues in Public Financial Management landscape in India. She is also helping the organisation develop tools and modules for district level budget analysis emphasising on social sector. She has earlier held internship and consultancy positions in Tata Steel Family Initiatives Foundation, Indian Council of World Affairs as well as CBGA. Vijayta studied Economics from Ramjas College, Delhi University and did her Masters in International Relations from JNU. She has recently completed her Ph.D. from School of International Studies, JNU.
