About Cristóbal Cobo

Dr. Cristóbal Cobo is a Senior Specialist in Education and Technology at the World Bank. He is an associate at the University of Oxford’s Centre for Skills, Knowledge, and Organisational Performance. He is also founder and former director of the Ceibal Foundation’s Centre for Studies, and has nearly 100 publications on education, technology, and innovation.
