About Diego Legal

Diego Legal has a PhD in Economics from the University of Virginia, in 2020. He also received two Master's Degrees in Economics, one from the University of Virginia and the other from the University of Illinois-Chicago, the latter being a Fulbright Scholar. Research economist at the Central Bank of Paraguay (BCP) and associate researcher at Investigación para el Desarrollo (id), a think tank from Paraguay.
