Lic. in Biological Science, specialized in Environmental Public Policies. More than 20 years in Civil Society organizations, leading Fundación Vida Silvestre Argentina (WWF network) between 2008-2015. Former Secretary of Environmental Policy, Climate Change and Sustainable Development (2015-2018), and former Secretary of Environmental Policy on Natural Resources (2018-2019) at the Argentinian Environment and Sustainable Development Ministry. Professor at School of Government - Di Tella University, Argentina. Researcher at CIPPEC at Democracia 40 project, leading the Green Transition area at the Economic Development Department.
