Frejus Thoto is an agricultural economist and the Executive Director of ACED, a think-and-do tank based in Benin that works on the most important challenges of food and nutrition security. ACED combines research, policy and local action to reduce poverty and hunger in the most vulnerable communities. Frejus was the winner of the Africa Evidence Leadership Award 2020.
