I am an economist. I am a member of the Board of Directors of Investigación para el Desarrollo, a public policy think tank. My research and consulting interests are focused on issues related to Economic Development. I am a professor at the Faculty of Economic Sciences of the National University of Asuncion. I have a degree in Economics from the National University of Asuncion and a Master's degree from the Torcuato Di Tella University.
