About Megan Ballesty

Megan is Co-founder and Policy Specialist at Sur Futuro, a non-profit organization focused on generating knowledge and driving action to expand access to jobs that are resilient to technological, climate, and demographic transformations. She has led global and regional collective intelligence initiatives focused on labor markets and brings extensive experience in working with the Argentinian public sector, as well as with multilateral organizations such as ECLAC and FAO. Her research agenda focuses on the role of work in human development and the anticipation of labor market transformations, with a strong gender lens.
