About Micol Stock

Micol is a Research Scholar at Data-Pop Alliance. She most recently worked as Policy Officer for the Permanent Mission of Italy to the U.N., where she covered the activities related to the MENA region at the Security Council. She has experience managing projects focused on youth for several NGOs in the Middle East, as well as consulting for UNFPA on humanitarian response and for the European Parliament on the EU Neighborhood Policy. Micol speaks six languages, including French, Arabic and Hebrew. She holds an MA in Middle Eastern Studies from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem, an MA in Public Management from Bocconi University in Milan and an MIA in Human Rights and Humanitarian Policy from the School of International and Public Affairs (SIPA) at Columbia University.
