About Mildred Barungi

Mildred Barungi is a Senior Research Fellow at the Economic Policy Research Centre (EPRC). She holds a PhD in Agricultural and Resource Economics. Mildred has been involved in undertaking policy-oriented research in various fields including education, agriculture, gender and health. Mildred has conducted impact assessment studies such as the evaluation of the public-private partnerships in provision of secondary education in Uganda.
