Seydina O Sene is the Senior Economist, Lead Researcher and Policy Analyst at IPAR which is the leading regional Think Tank in West Africa, Dakar, Senegal and Assistant Professor at the University Cheikh Ibrahima Niass of Kaolack (USSEIN).
