She focuses on rights, inclusion, and gender in complex ecosystems, pioneering outcome-based, utilisation-focused, feminist, and participatory evaluation approaches. Her work amplifies marginalised voices and decolonises evaluation frameworks. She holds key leadership roles in regional and global evaluation networks.
