We are pleased to invite Southern Voice members to a special capacity-building workshop series on Collective Intelligence (CI), an increasingly vital approach to addressing complex policy challenges. In research and development settings, CI involves combining knowledge, data, and diverse perspectives through carefully selected methods and tools to generate actionable insights.

This exclusive, members-only training will take place on August 26 and 27, via Zoom, and will feature two interactive 90-minute sessions, hosted by our expert partners from Sur Futuro. It will equip participants with the conceptual and practical tools to launch or improve their own CI projects. Expect real-world examples, peer learning, and opportunities to tailor strategies to your context.

🗂️ Session 1 – Designing a High-Impact CI Project: Learn what CI is and how to apply its core principles to research and policy design. Explore how to define project goals, map contributors, and identify the most suitable CI methods to use.

🗂️ Session 2 – Bringing Your CI Project to Life: Move from theory to implementation. This session focuses on how to combine CI methods, assign roles, engage stakeholders, and generate outputs that support evidence-based decision-making.
