Led by Prime Minister Abbasi, Pakistan addressed this year’s UNGA in New York. This called for discourse on how the country is faring with SDG implementation.  In order to connect local and national debates to the UNGA and to take stock of progress at the national level, SDPI and Pakistan Development Alliance jointly organised a policy forum.

The seminar captioned Implementation of SDGs in Pakistan-Where We Stand after Two Years (25 September 2017, Islamabad) was aimed at providing insights to political leadership for SDG implementation in Pakistan.

In addition to this seminar, SDPI was one of the partners to host the Islamabad People’s Hub  for the first-ever global online summit titled , which took place during the UNGA.
