About Andrés Gutiérrez

Andrés has a MSc in Public Policy and International Cooperation. He has been working during the last ten years to promote sustainable development in Ibero-America. In 2016, he won the Iberoamerican Research Award in the Triangular and South-South Cooperation. In Ecuador and Latin America, he is an academic and consultant for international organizations, currently working as Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist at International Organization for Migration – (IOM – UN Migration).
