About Dennis Mwighusa

Dennis Mwighusa is a consulting engineer in ICTs and researcher in ST&I Policy with over 10 years of practice. He works as a Research Fellow at the Science, Technology and Innovation Policy Research Organization (STIPRO) - Tanzania and is CEO of DEN Consult (T) Ltd. He is also the Chairman of Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) - Tanzania Chapter. He has previously worked with Tianjin Hylanda IT Co. in China as Information Technology Manager and Lectured at different Universities in Tanzania.
