About Heli De Alwis

Heli De Alwis is the Junior Researcher at CEPA. Before, she was Project Officer at IPS. Heli holds a BSc Special Degree in Agriculture, majoring in Agricultural Economics and Extension from the Rajarata University of Sri Lanka and currently reading for MSc in Agricultural Economics at the University of Peradeniya. She has a Diploma in International Relations from the Bandaranaike Center for International Studies(BCIS). Her areas of interest are Agricultural and Environmental Economics and Livelihood Development.
