About Martín Böhmer

Chief Justice Researcher at CIPPEC. Lawyer from the University of Buenos Aires, with a Master (L.L.M.) and a Doctorate (J.S.D.) in Law from Yale University. Professor of Law, Universidad de Buenos Aires. He was National Director of Relations with the Academic Community and Civil Society of the Ministry of Justice and Human Rights of the Nation, Dean of the Faculty of Law of the University of Palermo and Founding Director of its Clinic of Law of Public Interest. He has been a principal researcher of the Center for the Implementation of Public Policies for Equity and Growth (CIPPEC) and founding Director of its Justice Area. He was also a fellow of the Fulbright Commission; Visiting scholar at Yale Law School; Global Leader for Tomorrow of the Davos World Economic Forum in 2002, Konex Prize in Philosophy of Law and Fellow Ashoka Innovators for the Public.
