The 3rd Southern Voice Research Conference brought together think tank experts from around the globe to discuss current and future policy issues.
Following Southern Voice's successful 3rd Research Conference, the 59 network members came together for a joint call for action on the role of Global South think tanks in the post-COVID world.
The conference will harness the collective knowledge of our vast network of Southern scholars, charting a path towards a post-COVID-19 recovery.
As of September 2021, we welcome nine new think tanks from across the Global South.
Vaccine access in most of the Global South is still too low, while the number of COVID-19 cases and hospitalizations keeps on rising.
Southern Voice network members were invited to present proposals for the digital consultation called ‘We the Peoples’ that will feed into the “Our Common Agenda” by the UN Secretary-General.
